Guidelines for Prize Drawings:
Winners of Trivia and other competitions (when specified) will be entered into a raffle to win one of a few geeky prizes at the end of the month.
Winners will each have a RaffleID which consists of the winners’ name as it appears on their profile, and their group join date (MDYY). For winners with multiple wins, we will keep track of how many times your Raffle ID is entered.
If you are unsure of what your join date is, please contact one of the admins or mods and they can assist you.
In order to qualify for the raffle, you must remain a member of the Group. Leaving the group will invalidate your RaffleID. This means you must be sure not to get yourself banned from the group, so be sure to review our group rules so as to maintain good status within GGAH.
In order to receive your prize upon winning the raffle, you will need to provide a shipping address to us. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages and will provide tracking info where possible. All prizes are donated. Some are unique items and cannot be replaced.
If you do not wish to participate in the raffle due to privacy concerns, you are more than welcome to opt out. We respect your privacy and will not share your information or use it for any other purposes besides delivering prizes.
We will notify winners through Facebook messenger, at which time we will also request a shipping address.
